In the first three weeks, we'll establish your budget, assemble your team, and help you navigate project permitting in your city.

If your project is sizable enough to require approval from the City, there will be waiting period for permits from the Planning Dept. and then Building Dept. These processes vary based on your city. Revisions and follow up details are usually required by both departments.
